Maisonette 4+kk, Prague
The story describes the renovation of a 4-bedroom duplex in Žižkov, which included removing the partition between the kitchen and living room. The parquet flooring was renovated, and new technical features were installed. The bedroom was transformed into a Japandi style space from its original use as a children’s room.
7-bedroom house, Central Bohemia
The story describes the renovation of an unfinished family house, where the layout and insulation were adjusted, and the interior was designed in a Scandinavian style. The house is divided into four zones and equipped with modern technologies such as a heat pump, solar panels, and a Loxone smart home system, with a strong emphasis on self-sufficiency.
