Information on the processing of personal data under the GDPR

FLEDES s.r.o., Archangelská 1568/3, 100 00 Prague 10, ICO: 07746407, VAT: CZ07746407, registered in the commercial register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert no. 306849 ("Administrator"), is interested in processing information regarding customers ("data subjects"). Information regarding data subjects constitutes so-called personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR").

Personal data of data subjects are to be processed by the Administrator for business and marketing purposes. The processing of personal data for the above-mentioned purposes requires the consent of the data subject. Granting such consent is entirely voluntary. In addition, the data subject has the right to revoke the granted consent at any time by written notice delivered to the Administrator. In such a case, the processing of personal data carried out on the basis of the revoked consent will be terminated without undue delay. However, the revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing during the period before its revocation.

If the data subject gives the Administrator consent to the processing of personal data, his/her personal data will be processed to the extent of: identification and contact details, for a period of 5 years.

Personal data of data subjects will not be disclosed to third parties or transferred to third countries. The data subject has the right to request access to his/her personal data from the Administrator (Article 15 GDPR), their rectification or erasure (Articles 16 or 17 GDPR), or restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR). The data subject also has the right to object to the processing being carried out (Article 21 GDPR). Under the conditions specified in Article 20 GDPR, the data subject has the right to data portability of personal data concerning him/her and provided to the Administrator. Data subjects may contact the Administrator regarding the processing of their personal data at the email address info@fledes.cz.

If the data subject believes that his/her personal data are being processed in violation of legal regulations, he/she has the right to contact the Administrator with a request for correction. If the data subject's request is found to be justified, the Administrator will promptly remedy the defective condition. This does not affect the data subject's right to lodge a complaint directly with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

By this, the data subject grants his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data by the Administrator for the purposes, extent, and duration specified above. The data subject acknowledges that the Administrator will archive this consent for the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligation of the Administrator to be able to demonstrate that the data subject has given consent to the processing being carried out.
